I call in for a simple question. But instead of answers my time is wasted staff like Jessie Q. hanging up on me or transferring to lines that do not answer. When I try to ask for a manager, i get questioned. Thank you Tom for your time, but your staff needs some etiquette and patience with their clients. Thanks for a great start to my day.
I purchased some ink jet cartridges for my printer. Found what I was looking for, but only one left for the regular. Just to the left I saw 3 available in the XL so I of course went for that. Went to the register and it rang up almost 12 bucks more. Told the cashier about the price difference and she asked me to show her. I did. After taking to 2 perhaps 3 people she comes back telling me the higher price. While I can certainly understand that, it wasn't my fault they were put in the wrong spot. Every other time that has happened to me in other places, the store honored the lower price. I guess they value
The staff here are phenomenal, they go out of their way to help you and make sure you are getting the best deal on any product. The variety of product is always great and the customer service is exceptional!
Magnolia Representative Diamond is very rude and very unapproachable, I stood there waiting for assistance Meanwhile she text on her phone and pay no attention to me any other customers. So decide to buy my TV from another representative he did a pretty decent job of selling me the TV. Now unfortunately I had a problem with my TV and I needed to return. Walked back into Bestbuy and asked a Representative from Best Buy if can find someone in Magnolia that can help me. (Now I didn’t no diamond was her name till Now ) So diamond walk out and I’m guessing she saw I was doing a return and she tried to walk right passed me. I called out ( Excuse me Hun ) can you help? So stated ( she reply with an attitude I have a name, it’s not Hun) well sorry I didn’t see your name tag you was walk away and your name tag is opposite side of me I didn’t know. She still gave me the only attitude. She didn’t even want to do the return, some else had to do it.. Honestly this was by far the worst customer service experienced ever.. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying from her....
What can one say about Best Buy, its a chain which sells home electronics and appliances. You should always shop around in today's environment for prices and that includes on line also. Even with Best Buy I've gotten a price in the store an d it was cheaper on line and they delivered it to my door. Go figure...
