I went in during a sale in the first week of November and got an amazing price on chairs that I'd been wanting. They said that they had several in stock. After an hour of several people searching in the back, they couldn't find them. I special ordered them and was told that they would be in on Thursday. After that day had come and gone, I called and was told that they would be in after the new year. But why didn't I get a call? They said that they did call (I didn't get a missed call notification), but didn't leave a message. They don't leave messages. They didn't email, though they told me that they would. According to a store employee who shall not be named, "We don't have the capability to do that." Customer service was inept and unprofessional. My experience was time-consuming and, in the end, I have nothing to show for it. :(
It's like Pier 1 with better prices. Excellent selection of unique goods and snacks from all over the world
An eclectic collection of wine and food to furniture and home foods stuff. Need place to walk around but not sure this would be a place when I went to look for something specifically. Also thought the prices were slightly higher than expected.
My new favorite store. I could spend a good hour in there. So much to see. Great gift ideas. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Well stocked. Clean. Bright. Welcoming. All good things.
Ok store, not adapted to the area. Workers harassed me EVERY few minutes with one female worker that was HARASSING TO THE POINT OF TRYING TO FORCE A BASKET ONTO US WHILE HOLDING HER IPAD AN STAYING AROUND MY AREA AT ALL TIMES! The cashier Ethan is VERY VERY HELPFUL AN SHOULD BE ON THE FLOOR, INSTEAD OF USED AS A CASHIER! Ethan seems very knowledgeable. Workers pass you in a rush not knowing what department they work in nor do they look knowledgeable about most of the products they are selling. No one is doing any proper greetings as in "Hello, Welcome to WorldMarket my name is ...". For this store to have those issues in the first year, um maybe it will not last too long? Product selection is nothing to be impressed by. DO NOT get your hopes up about this store. BE AWARE WHEN LOOKING AT PRODUCTS ON BOTTOM SHELFS, YOU WILL BE RAMMED BOTH WAYS BY CUSTOMERS COMING FROM THE TOP AN BOTTOM OF THE AISLE WITH A SHOPPING KART! Ridiculous! THAT ALONE MAKES ME NOT FEEL TOO HIGHLY TO GO BACK INTO THE STORE. Use your own knowledge when shopping here, workers do not seem too knowledgeable. Typical, Basic, Bland, Cookie Cutter, Store. Nothing impressive at all in this store. Store color skeem is VERY BLAND an Basic too! Experience it, but not recommended. WholeFoods is more impressive! No from me.
