Surprised to see so many bad reviews. Pizza was delicious, was ready promptly, and the front desk clerk was very friendly. We did go pick it up ourselves because we did not want to wait for delivery.
They make really tasty and presentable pizzas here. The only issue that I used to have was not getting additional sauces that I had paid for but they got a lot better. I order from them all the time. There is one guy that makes our pizzas all the time and they are really good. I can't remember is name right now but when I DO, I will shout him out! Lol
AWESOME Domino's!
Absolute terrible customer service. Ever single time I order, every single time, they give me a wrong order. Never the right wings. I call to receive my "free" wings from them for messing up so many times and I am left on hold for 15 minutes so I hang up and call back not once but three times with no answer. I would give them absolute no stars if I could. On top of that the order takes so long to get here. I would like to speak to a manager of some sort.
Waited an hour and a half for a carry out. After asking for the 6th time, the girl still didn't know what was going on with the order. I ordered only 2 pizzas. Honestly so f-ing upset that they put on the tracker at the 47th minute (order was "being made at 9:05 and supposedly ready at 9:47) that it was ready to be picked up. Had to walk out. Thought carryout would be faster than their delivery service which seemed to be just the same way.
Ordered Dominos today 11/8 around 12 P.M called around 1 pm to explain to the manager Mohammrd that the pizza taste like chemicals. He said I made it and it was fine. I explained i wanted a refund for a pizza i refuse to eat and spend money on. he refused to refund the money. 30$ spent of pizza i did not eat. Manager should be fired he didnt even offer to replace the pizza. Or maybe a gift card. Mohammed should be fired . I am going to speak to my Attorney on what we can do not for the stinking 30$ but because people could be possibly consuming chemicals eating at this place. Lack of professionalism and could possibly be toxic food.
