I just wanted to take the time to say that I walked in this facility unsure of what I need for my items and the attendant there named LEXI helped me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable with my decision to open a contract here. She greeted me with a smile and was very knowledgeable. Overall a great asset to the company!
Just had to downgrade space! The space I had was to big and what amazing service! It was quick process! Kaitlyn was amazing very helpful and made the transition that much easier. Great place!
I have been using this storage facility for 4 years. It has always been clean, safe and easy to access for moves in and out of the space. Yesterday I transferred my belongings to a smaller unit it was a relative breeze given the helpful staff and great carts, wide hallways etc. Sal is always wonderful and yesterday, Kaitlyn helped and she was terrific as well. Highly recommend - I live in Brooklyn and I use this facility because I need a temperature controlled facility at a good price. Always worth the drive.
